VARIETY: Negroamaro 80%, Malvasia Nera 20%

PRODUCTION: Salento, Puglia.
VINEYARDS: The wine is produced mainly with Negramaro which comes in the areas nearby the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce, where the warm and always windy climate and the good thermal excursions, guarantee the ideal conditions for producing the best expression of Salice Salentino wine.
VINIFICATION: De -stemming and crushing of the grapes, maceration at controlled temperature for 8-10 days with regular pumping overs. Racking off and malo-lactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Ageing in used American and French oak barriques for 8-10 months.
